All well here. Just been speaking to GAreth who is his 5th week at SAndhurst - enjoying it so far just very very exhausted!. 4 hours max sleep per night for 5 weeks 0 reckons he's now hallucinating!. He's home for the firt time this weekend - will probably sleep the whole time.
Emma has done a major exam for her anaethetic training today - she's unsure how it went (negatively marked , which is abit tough) but just glad it's over.
Wyn and I are going down to S wales next week- Gower, near Swansea with the caravan and Emma will join us there for a bit of R&R. Bike trail nearby so we can spend one day going one way and one day going the other! Emm is hoping to get to Oz by January but y then you'll be safely tucked up in Aber.

Have fun yourself...
Next SUnday - 15th - the Jones and Murgatroyd family are meeting up for lunch in Nant Gwytherin - and a walk afterwards!!.
Best wishes. xxx

In response to:The continuation of goings on

Hiya everyone, hope alls well with all you guys!
never saw lost in translation but have been to all the places it was filmed it seems,at the moment im in shinjuku about 200m from the huge neon sign area where ive been told a lot of it was shot.Japanese is coming along ok,we can get by ok with the little we know,we havent got a hope in hell when it comes to reading (we can understand the occasional character, water, sky etc) but speaking is slightly better, enough to get by the everyday activities,no conversations in any depth though.good luck with race for life and love to everyone

Great to hear what you are up to - sounds as though you are definately seeing something diffrernt. Did you ever see a film called 'Lost in translation' that highlighted the fundamental differences in culture / activities etc. See from your tiemtable that you are off to Oz nex week - at least you will be able to speak the lingo there. How's the Japanese comong along?. When we went to Moscow a couple of years back the thing I found frustrating was that in Europe you know more or less what the letter sounds are but when the letters dont mean anything you haven't a hope in hell of making any sense out of anything you see written down, let only try to speak it or relate to what anyone else is saying - felt very inadequate.

Summer has finally arrived here - great week so far. AM running in Race for life tomorrow am -, have te PAsat dinner tonight - now need to get the beuaty sleep.

Have a great time - love from Sally (and of course the rest of the Llanrug Mob) - morenew again if I know you can actually get this stuff. Bye for now! x
